Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff members
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain financial goals by controlling costs and increasing revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership abilities and proven track record of managing a team effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
