We are hiring a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests. This position requires someone who is experienced, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices according to company standards
- Ensure high-quality presentation of all drinks by following recipes and techniques accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders and processing payments
- Build relationships with customers by creating a welcoming atmosphere and engaging in conversation
- Upsell products by offering additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer experience
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food products and equipment
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products, recipes, or techniques

Requirements:
- Preferably Nepali nationality
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs
