Head Chef
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high quality standards and timely service
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
