Construction Project Manager


A leading construction company in Al Buraymi is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the construction process. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Nepali or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
