Sales Manager
Our rapidly expanding company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate our sales team to achieve targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction
- Participate in networking events or conferences to promote our company's products or services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (preferably in the Indian market)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license
