Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our company. Your main duty will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the company's revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for training and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring that they are met. Additionally, you will be in charge of identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Al Buraymi, with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in sales management or related field is preferred
- Ability to work full-time without visa sponsorship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress
