Job Title: Floral Designer

We are in search of a talented Floral Designer to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate must have experience in the floral industry and possess a strong passion for creating stunning arrangements. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and arranging flowers for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. You must have excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide exceptional customer service. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. This position requires providing accommodation and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to clients' specifications
- Utilize different types of flowers, plants, and foliage to create visually appealing designs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools ensuring they are well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and make recommendations based on budget and design preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, concerns or complaints
- Deliver orders in a timely manner while maintaining the quality of the arrangements
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Creative eye for design with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand clients' needs
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness as this role may require lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Manama.
