Job Title: Restaurant Manager



As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Manama, Bahrain. You will ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of quality in food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they provide exceptional service to customers.
- Monitor food and beverage quality to maintain high standards and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee the ordering and receiving of supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Create daily specials and seasonal menus to keep the offerings fresh and exciting for customers.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, finding solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss any issues or improvements needed within the restaurant.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced dining establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, liquor laws, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new ideas for menu items or promotions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Manama, Bahrain
