Experienced Barista


A popular coffee shop in Manama is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and drinks to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following company recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, interacting, and assisting customers
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and coffee flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
