Location: Manama, Bahrain


As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You must have previous experience as a barista and possess excellent customer service skills. This is an urgent job and preference will be given to candidates with a biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including equipment, counters, tables, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balance
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies to ensure availability for customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food products
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods (drip, French press, pour over) is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team setting
- Must have a biometric passport (or eligible to obtain one)

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for extended periods of time, as well as bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive motion. The work schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
