Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Manama. Your main role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Manama
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Review technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify potential delays or issues, and provide solutions as needed
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management outlining project status, risks, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required for this position as training will be provided. However, candidates must possess a strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments. A valid biometric passport is also required for this role.
