Dishwasher - Manama, Bahrain (Contract)



A reputable restaurant in Manama is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team on a contract basis. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including floors, countertops and equipment
- Sort and stack clean dishes for storage or restocking
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dirty dishes

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
