Part-time Baker


We are hiring a part-time Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products with creative designs
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area and equipment
- Assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Follow food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
- Experience with various baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in Baking or Pastry Arts is a plus
- Experience working with sourdough or artisanal breads is highly desired
