Loader Operator in Manama, Bahrain

We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites or warehouses. Your main duties will include operating the loader according to instructions, performing regular maintenance on the equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience operating loaders and a valid operator's license. You should also have a high level of physical fitness as this job requires frequent lifting and moving of heavy materials. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader according to instructions from the supervisor
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or move them within the site
- Perform pre-operational checks on the equipment and report any issues
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Perform regular maintenance on the loader and report any malfunctions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders
