We are looking for an experienced and creative Florist to join our team in Muharraq. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions and events. You will also be in charge of maintaining the freshness and quality of our flowers, as well as managing inventory and ordering supplies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and other events
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral designs
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies
- Ensure all flowers are properly cared for to maintain their freshness and quality
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with orders
- Create seasonal displays to attract customers to the shop
- Handle payments, keep track of sales, and manage invoices
- Collaborate with event planners or other vendors to coordinate floral designs for larger events
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in flower design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creative eye for design with the ability to bring clients' visions to life
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Own visa or ability to obtain proper work authorization

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Muharraq, Bahrain. Applicants must be willing to relocate if not already living in Muharraq.
