We are in search of an exceptionally talented Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our fine dining restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite and innovative dishes that will delight our guests' taste buds. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that are unique and aligned with the restaurant's vision
- Manage and train the kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients for the menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Create a positive work environment by motivating and inspiring the kitchen team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent from a recognized institution preferred
- At least 5 years of experience as a chef in fine dining restaurants
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory

Salary: 1600$ per month

Note: This position does not offer accommodation or visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa. Students are also welcome to apply for this position on a part-time basis.
