Sales Associate

A leading retail company in Muharraq is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and promote products and services to customers
- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology such as POS systems
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
