Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects in the city of Muharraq. You will work closely with senior construction managers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of construction projects and report any delays or issues

- Prepare cost estimates and track project expenses
- Collaborate with senior construction managers to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
