Female Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage a team of contractors, architects, and engineers. Responsibilities will include project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
