Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant in our Muharraq office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing day-to-day tasks and maintaining the office environment.
Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, filing documents, and performing general office tasks such as photocopying and scanning. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the office is kept clean and organized.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position. Additionally, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also provide free visa and ticket for our employees. While this position is suitable for men, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender or nationality.
