Merchandiser Specialist


We are a retail company based in Muharraq seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. This position is suitable for male candidates and comes with a competitive salary of 1300$ along with free visa and ticket.

As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner that aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising plans for all product categories
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that merchandise assortment meets customer demand
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors' strategies
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products in an enticing manner
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and priced
- Regularly review sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong creative eye with excellent knowledge of current fashion trends
- Familiarity with layout principles and visual communication techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
