Entry-Level Merchandiser in Muharraq, Bahrain

As an entry-level merchandiser in our growing company, you will be responsible for the display and promotion of our products in various retail locations in Muharraq. Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness by creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our products are always well-stocked and presented in an attractive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays in assigned retail stores
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated according to expiration dates
- Take inventory of products and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust displays accordingly to remain competitive
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales
- Build strong relationships with store managers to ensure maximum visibility for our products
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles, preferably in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Compensation:
