Carpenter (Contract Position)


We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing various structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut, shape and join materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, or hardware
- Inspect materials for defects or damage before assembly
- Repair or replace damaged frameworks or other structures
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of building materials and their properties
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good understanding of safety procedures and practices
- Attention to detail with excellent measurement skills
- High school diploma or relevant certification is preferred
- Must be able to provide own tools

As this is a contract position without experience required, we offer training for the right candidate. We also provide accommodation along with a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. In addition, we will cover the cost of your visa and travel expenses.
