Mason - Construction Worker


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mason to join our construction team in Muharraq. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and patios using bricks, concrete blocks, or other materials. This is a contract job with accommodation provided and we welcome female candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark surfaces to lay out work according to building plans
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, or other masonry units in rows or patterns
- Cut or shape masonry materials using hand or power tools
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges
- Fill cavities or gaps between masonry units with grout or other materials
- Clean excess mortar from brickwork or joints using trowels, scrapers, brushes, or acid solutions
- Repair cracked or damaged masonry surfaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry materials and techniques
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good balance and coordination to work on scaffolding or ladders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
