Handyperson


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team in Muharraq. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial settings. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Your main duties will include fixing and maintaining various structures, equipment, and appliances, as well as painting, carpentry work, and general upkeep tasks. You should have experience working with various tools and be comfortable performing tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You should also have strong communication skills in order to interact with clients and understand their needs. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects are also important for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance
- Repair or replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems such as leaks or clogs
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Adhere to all building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyperson or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance
- Familiarity with various tools including power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent communication skills
