Cashier Assistant


We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Cashier Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately
- Scan, bag, and tag items while ensuring their proper pricing
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as needed
- Keep checkout area clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves as needed
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the supervisor as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is located in Al-Malikiyah.
