Restaurant Manager



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality service standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and decrease costs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to ensure consistency
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing waste
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety guidelines, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Proven track record of increasing sales and reducing costs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month
