Job Title: Barista


We are in search of an experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling cafe in Al-Malikiyah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while creating visually appealing and tasty drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and honesty
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for consistently high-quality drinks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
