Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- File and organize documents and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Follow up on pending tasks or requests from team members
- Keep the office clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associateβs degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1600$
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (applicants of any nationality welcome)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (no accommodation provided)
