We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and trends, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product ordering
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased revenue
- Create visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and visual merchandising techniques
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Arabic is preferred but not required
