Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our company. Your main goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as identify new market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and increase productivity
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Train new sales staff on company products, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the biometric passport industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
