Waiter/Waitress


A well-known restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a motivated and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and restrooms
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables for service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or residency in Al-Malikiyah
- Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate
