Junior Land Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in land surveying projects, including collecting and analyzing data, preparing maps and reports, and conducting field surveys under the guidance of a senior surveyor. This is a contract job open to candidates without experience or freshers who have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior surveyors with field surveys using various tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data from field surveys to create accurate maps and reports
- Prepare drawings and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all data collected complies with project specifications and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct research on land records, legal boundaries, and other relevant information prior to conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS equipment, total stations, and CAD software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al-Malikiyah
