Machine Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company in Dar Kulaib and we are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of machinery and equipment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machines to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery, including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and presses.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make any necessary adjustments to the machine settings.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production and perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
- Keep accurate records of production levels, machine maintenance, and any incidents that may occur.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and equipment used in production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
