Teacher Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our team at a school in Dar Kulaib. As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to provide support in classroom instruction and activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and looking to start their career as a teacher.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in creating lesson plans and preparing materials
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help
- Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management
- Grade assignments and give feedback to students
- Communicate with parents about student progress and any concerns
- Assist with organizing and supervising extracurricular activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
