Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans and providing one-on-one coaching to clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized workout plans for clients based on their goals, abilities, and medical history
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring safety at all times
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits for optimal health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continually improve training techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role (at least 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of exercise science, human anatomy, and nutrition
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients effectively
- Certification from a recognized personal training organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Passion for health and fitness with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
