Seasonal Restaurant Manager

As a seasonal restaurant manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Dar Kulaib. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry and a degree in hospitality or business management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees
- Monitor food quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high food quality standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers during peak seasons

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- A degree in hospitality or business management is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory management and scheduling purposes
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

Location: Dar Kulaib (candidate's nationality/location preference will be taken into consideration)

This is a seasonal job that may require working longer hours during peak seasons. Accommodation may be provided for candidates from outside Dar Kulaib.
