We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a fine dining restaurant located in the bustling city of Dar Kulaib. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of menu creation, food preparation, and kitchen management. Your main goal will be to ensure that all dishes served are of the highest quality and that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients
- Develop new recipes and dishes while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control measures
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budgeting, staffing needs, and special events
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong understanding of food cost management principles
- Excellent communication skills with both staff members and customers
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1200 per month for this position.
