Head Chef - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at our restaurant located in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all aspects of our menu, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation, and managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design menus that align with our restaurant's concept and target audience
- Plan and manage kitchen staff schedules, including training and supervising junior chefs
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presented properly
- Oversee food purchasing, storage, inventory, and budgeting
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal specials or promotions
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints regarding food quality or service
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve the menu

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
