Construction Project Manager - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve construction plans and design documents
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and progress
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
