Head Pastry Chef

As a renowned bakery in Dar Kulaib, we are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and create delicious, visually appealing pastries for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making and the ability to develop unique and creative recipes while maintaining the high standards of our bakery.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs, bakers, and assistants
- Develop new pastry recipes while incorporating customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee the production of all pastries including cakes, cookies, tarts, and other desserts
- Ensure that all pastries are prepared and presented according to our bakery's quality standards
- Manage inventory and orders for necessary ingredients and equipment
- Train new staff on pastry making techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments such as the kitchen team to create new dessert offerings for special events or holidays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume bakery or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail when it comes to presentation
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries without compromising quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month depending on experience.
