Sales Manager for Growing Retail Company in Dar Kulaib

Join our team as a Sales Manager for a rapidly expanding retail company in Dar Kulaib. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation, and with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Evaluate customer needs and provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales team members
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Dar Kulaib
