Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (Preference for local candidates)
We are hiring a part-time administrator to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule and gaining experience in office administration. As a part-time administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and file management tasks
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying and scanning
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
