Entry-Level Machine Operator

As an entry-level machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery in our production facility located in Isa Town. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance logs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with machines or in a production environment is a plus
- Technical or vocational training in related fields is preferred but not required
