Truck Driver

As a Truck Driver for our transportation company in Isa Town, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our trucks to transport goods and materials to various locations. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading cargo, planning routes, and adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect trucks before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues or damages
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of arrival/departure, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other truck drivers on the road
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols

Requirements:
- Valid truck driving license for the appropriate class of vehicle in your country of origin
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver (experience in long-haul deliveries is preferred)
- Ability to operate trucks in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in your country of origin
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
