Waiter/Waitress


We are in need of a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Isa Town. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to their preferences
- Build rapport with customers to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure they have everything they need
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Experience with POS systems is preferred
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Additional Information:
