We are in search of a skilled and dedicated baker to join our team at our bakery in Isa Town. As a baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery setting and possess a passion for baking. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and bake ingredients to produce various types of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when needed
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in creating new baked goods or adding unique touches to existing recipes
- Good time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
