A well-established bakery in Isa Town is seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including bread, cakes, pastries, and other desserts. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are made to our customers' satisfaction and meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in taste and texture
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing or other toppings
- Ensure all baked goods are properly stored and displayed for sale
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow food safety procedures to maintain health standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions diligently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
