Job Title: Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Vianden. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. Your creativity and expertise will be crucial in developing new dishes and maintaining the quality of our existing menu items.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create innovative and delicious menu items while ensuring consistency in taste and quality
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques, portion control, and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special event menus
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating new dishes and improving existing ones
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
