Restaurant Manager (Nepali)


A well-established restaurant in the beautiful city of Vianden is seeking a highly efficient and experienced Nepali Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high quality standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain a high level of service excellence
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Handle financial responsibilities such as budgeting, cost control, and cash handling

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Vianden
